Book Labels For Kids
I’m trying to find a copy of x-mas paper doll story book I had as a kid?
it was sometime in the late 1980′s my Grandma gave me this paper doll book that was a christmas story. It was very detailed and looked old fashioned. All I remember about it is that it was about dolls in a doll house…there was a baby doll, a rag doll, a teddy bear, a maid and a clown and you would dress them up according the the page and you would insert them in slots along with furniture and other things the book had to cut out and play with. It had a pocket in back to put everything in and I think that everything was labeled on the taps with letters or numbers. I remember one page being bath time with baby or teddy, on being a tea party and of course at the end it was a big christmas tree scene. It was wonderful and I’m looking to find a copy for my daughter. If anyone else had this or knows who made it so I can try and find a copy….please let me know!! Thank you….oh and I think the front cover was teal or blue….thanks!!
This might be a long shot, but ask about it at www.boardgamegeek.com. The site is for board games, but the people there seem to know a lot about this sort of thing. The other thing is to check with a company called Regal. It sounds like something they might have sold.
